The Abla Report

Established in 1999

The definitive season preview of University of Michigan men's basketball.

Established in 1999

OK, maybe not "the definitive preview"

In truth I'm just a hack making season-long predictions based on one early-season game or exhibition game. Predictions based on first impressions. Sometimes they're even right.

This started out as a season preview for my friends back in the days when early games weren’t on TV.  People would ask what I was seeing in these untelevised games, so eventually I turned it into The Abla Report.  Take a look at the reviews for my impressions of the basketball team that will always be nearest and dearest to my heart.
